Our company, which was founded in 1967, serves to the powerfully developing Turkish Industry and Automotive spare parts market with applying the requirements of the Total Quality Management principles.

Until 1980 our company was a supplier of the telecommunication, white furniture and machine construction industries. After 1980, we also started to manifacture automotive spare parts by expanding our product types.

In 1982, the status of our company came into joint-stock company and in the year 1988 we moved to our Yenibosna plant in which we still realize our manifacturing facilities.

Our Quality Management System documentation studies which was started in 1993, had it’s first results by getting the ISO 9002 certificate in 1995. Our quality certificate scope expanded to ISO 9001:2000 in the year 2002. And in the year 2003, we got our ISO/TS 16949:2002 certificate which contains of “ casting and machining of aluminium and zamacs pressure casting parts.”

In our Yenibosna and Hadımköy plants we are manifacturing components for Turkey’s main industry companies with our 190 workers in our 8000m2 closed area.

Our company which is working according to ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 Quality Management System requirements, has an annual capacity of 2500 tons aluminium and 100 tons zamacs casting&machining.

In our foundry department, we successfully cast aluminium and zamacs alloys changing between 2gr – 2500gr with our 21 pressure casting machines which have the capacity of 80tons – 550tons.

With modern CNC and universal machines, we construct and manifacture all types of metal and plastic injection molds in our Mold Construction department.

In our machining department which’s machine park consists of CNC milling and turning machines, we successfully manifacture the parts which we cast with high accuracy.

We make several kinds of assembly processes for both the well known international companies and the Turkish spare parts market with our modernly equipped assembly department.

We control all our production processes with modern, accurate measurement and control devices and with our skilled control staff whom are taking ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 as a reference.
